By purchasing any commission from me, you are stating that you have read and agree to my terms of service and condition. Terms of service are subject to revisions without notice. I have the right to decline any request that I think I can't do.PAYMENTS
Full payment upfront and should be done through ko-fi or paypalDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Artwork will take about 1-3 weeks or even months to complete depending on my schedule and workload. I do however promise that the longer I take, the more effort I will put on the artwork.REVISIONS
Big revisions will be done during sketch so make sure you're happy with the sketch before I render it. I will only accept small revisions after approving the sketch.USE
• You CAN post it on social media with credit
• You CAN use it as profile picture or banner with credit
• You CAN use it for streaming overlays with credit
• You CAN only use it commercially if you pay the commercial use fee of 1.5x the base price
• You CAN'T claim the artwork as your own
• You CAN'T use it for NFT
• You CAN'T use it to train Al or any use for generative AIINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I reserve the right to claim the artwork as my own
• I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media. I will be mentioning/tagging you when I post it but you may request to be anonymous
• I reserve the right to use the artwork to promote myselfREFUNDS
No refund once the commission is finished. Refunds are only allowed if I tell the client that I can't finish or do the commission. No chargeback is allowed once the commission is finished.
